1. You can open start/herosoft/ product menu and click the “Order Now” item.
2. Run the software and click “Help” menu, and then select “Order Now”.
3. Click “Order Now” in register window;
4. Visit our website and enter “Purchase” page. You can pay the registration fee with US dollar, Euro, Pound, Canadian dollar, Australian dollar or Hang Kong dollar.

Q: What’s the next step after I order the software?
A: We will send your registration information to you via Email within one business day after we receive your order.

Q: I want to get the CD ROM of your software, can I?
A: Yes, you can. Please select CD ROM in Delivery Options when you order software. There is an extra fee of $9.95 every CD ROM.

Q: How can I cancel my order and get refund?
A: If you want to get refund you must send Email to support_en@heroshare.com, you should explain your reasonable sake to ask refund. If we think that’s acceptable, we will refund you within 1 business day.
