1. Hero DVD Player Player can not play file in RM formats. Why?
A: You should not install Real one Player while running Hero DVD Player You should uninstall Hero DVD Player first, then install Real One Player and after that install Hero DVD Player.

2. My computer occasionally does not work or present blue screen. What should I do?
A: 1) After installation of Hero DVD Player, few computers will stop running. You can solve this problem by renewing the display card drive.
2) Select single display option in the setting menu of Hero DVD Player. Close the hardware YUV accelerator option or replace the hardware accelerator.
3) Blue screen warning. Record the warning information and update online.
4) Check out whether there is virus and uninstall Hero DVD Player. Restart the computer and install Hero DVD Player again

3. Why is the broadcast terminated while playing AVI?
A: The termination is caused by destroy of AVI file and disks. Please replace the bad file or disk with a good one.

A: That is because you select the “display WEB on desktop” option which activates the ACTIVE DESKTOP. Therefore, the video is played on the icon on the desktop. What you should do is just cancel the option.

5. DVD player can not play DTS. Why?
A: Currently, Hero DVD Player does not support DTD channel decoding.

6. Why is there only sound and there is no image while my DVD navigation play ASF and WMV?
A: That is because the decoding data base is out of date. You can update your media player online.

7. Which player should I choose when playing audio files such as MP3, CD?
A: Hero Navigation Player supports all kinds of audio format.

8. Why is there hint “decoder is not available” while I use navigation version play DVD?
A: That is because your computer has no REGSVR32.EXE file. You should copy and paste a REGSVR32.EXE file into your computer and after that reinstall Hero DVD Player. Then you can use Navigation version to play DVD.

9. Display card can not support double screen broadcast function. Why?
A: If your display card can support the video transport to TV, then you can use this function to take other desktop activities while broadcast on TV.

10. Out of the date notebook can play movie at small window but can not play normally at full screen. Why?
A: That is because the display memory is limited (4M) and can not support enough hardware acceleration. You can select in the single display option and manually setup full screen 640*480*8 to save display memory and increase the play speed.

11. There is only sound but no image when broadcast movie files. Why?
A: Because you select hidden play. You should use hot key to activate it.

12. There are pop ups about Hero DVD Player from time to time. Any time when I open a window there will be a pop up about the Hero DVD Player that situation will not stop until the computer completely does not work. How to solve this problem?
A: That is because your computer has been infected with Happy Time virus. You can use the latest anti-virus software to solve this problem.

13. The mouse respond very slowly after the startup of Hero DVD Player. Why?

A: Navigation version use system kernel and can play audio formats which broadcast system can play. It has DVD navigation menu. Error correcting version use the independent decoding kernel optimized by Herosoft Company. It has super error correcting capability and can play directly without entering into the navigation menu.
