1. Why can't I find Hero Photo Show window after I run it?
A: For time to time there is a problem that Photo Show window is moved out of the desktop. To resolve it, you can right click Photo Show window in taskbar, a dialog box will pop-up. Select "Maximum" and you will see the window. If you select "minimum", you won't see the window, but you can select "Move" to move the window.

2. The program has no response when I start Hero Photo Show, how can I deal with it?
A: Please confirm that your software is installed correctly. If you encounter the problem after you browse some image folders, please search the file BIGEYE.INI from WINDOWS or WINNT directory. Delete BIGEYE.INI, then you can run Photo Show normally.

3. When I view GIF animated picture, I can't select angle or transition effects to display, why?
A: You can't handle the animated picture. Hero Photo Show will neglect all of the operations when you are browsing animated pictures.

4. I want open images always with Hero Photo Show, how can I do it?
A: That's associated with file associations. Maybe your computer installs more than one software image viewer, that's may result in upset of file association. Although Hero Photo Show permit users to specify it, but for some reason, you may cannot open images. You can select to associate all image formats with Hero Photo Show, and you can browse pictures with Hero Photo Show by double-click. Or you can right-click image files, select "Open with Hero Photo Show" in context menu. This method can help you open all files not set association with Hero Photo Show.

5. Why is the playing speed a little fast when I browse animated thumbnails than regular browse?
A: When you browse thumbnail, GIF animated picture isn't played regularly according to its frames.

6. I double click a picture and Photo Show only opens this picture. Can I view all image files in a folder with Hero Photo Show?
A: Yes, you can. When you open a picture in Windows Explorer, the picture will be added to Hero Photo Show file list. After run Photo Show, there is only one picture in file list. At this time you can right click Photo Show window, and select "Open the path" to view all pictures in the folder.

7. I used Hero Photo Show for a long while, I find the running process becomes slow, and the install folder becomes large too. Why?
A: Because Hero Photo Show can memorize your viewing history. The history includes image file record you have viewed, and folder record you have browsed. When you use Hero Photo Show for a long while, the history will become large. You need clear it. You can open "Control" menu, select "Clear History List" and "Clear Cache File" to clear it.

8. The difference between Window 9x and Window NT/2000/XP in use.
A: Because of the difference among Windows kernel, there is some difference in using Hero Photo Show on different OS.
1) Hero Photo Show will create shortcut on the desktop if you install it on Windows98. But it won't create shortcut on Windows NT/2000/XP.
2) On Windows9X you will see the result at once if you set a picture to wallpaper, but you can't see the result at once on Windows NT/2000/XP.
3) If you set file icon, you can see the icon once Hero Photo Show create the icon on Windows9X. The reflection is a little slower on Windows NT/2000/XP than on Windows9X.
4) You can make system startup and shutdown logo with Hero Photo Show. Choose a picture in Photo Show, then select "Tool ¨C Set Startup Logo" to set current picture to setup logo. Only picture of 256 color and 320*400 size can be set to startup/shutdown logo. There is no this function on Windows NT/2000/XP.
5) Restore system startup logo. If you aren't satisfied with the logo, you can restore it. Select "Tool ¨C Restore Startup Logo" to restore startup logo. There is no this function on Windows NT/2000/XP.
