Q: How to register your software?
A: Firstly you should purchase our software and get your registration information. Then run the software and input your User ID and Registration Key.
Startup the program, select the button ¡°key¡±, key the registration name and key number into the blank. Click ¡°confirm¡± to finish the registration.
Suggestion: You'd better to copy your User ID and Registration Key because you may misspell the code that will result in failed register. After register the software, you can use complete functions in the future.
Q: How to upgrade my Herosoft software?
A: Please send Email to support_en@heroshare.com and specify your Order ID or Order Number in your Email. We will send you the registration information of the updated version. If the software cannot be upgraded for free, you need to pay a little upgrading fee. We will inform you via Email once we update our products, or you can check our website to get upgrade information.
Q: Do I need to register again if I reinstall Herosoft software?
A: The answer is no. Your prior registration is still effective.
Note:
1) If you reinstall your operating system, you will have to register once again.
2) If you have many operating systems in your computer, you¡¯d better install and register under different operating system.
Q: Why haven't I received your reply after I send you Email for support?
A: We provide 8 hours and 5 weekdays support. So if you send Email on Saturday or Sunday, maybe you will receive our reply a little delay.
