A: This is because the MPEG file is not a standard MPEG file. For example, there is no audio data in the file .Therefore, we suggest you to use standard MPEG file.

9. When convert MPEG4 file, the program hints that there is no decoder. What does it mean?
A: That means you did not install corresponding MPEG4 decoder in your system. You can download the related decoder online. After installation you can use it.
