1. Hero Super Player can not play file in RM formats. Why?
A: In this case, please install the RM9 mend program. If you want to install REALONE PLAYER, you should uninstall Hero DVD Player first, then install Real One Player and after that install Hero DVD Player. You can not install REALONE PLAYER while running Hero Super Player.

2. My computer occasionally does not work or present blue screen. What should I do?
A: 1) After installation of Hero Super Player, few computers will stop running. You can solve this problem by renewing the display card drive.
2) Select single display option in the setting menu of Hero Super Player. Close the hardware YUV accelerator option or replace the hardware accelerator.
3) Blue screen warning. Record the warning information and update online.
4) Check out whether there is virus and uninstall Hero Super Player. Restart the computer and reinstall Hero Super Player under a new directory.
5) Contact Herosoft Customer Service Center or log on our website to download the update and mend version.

3. Broadcast is terminated while playing AVI. Why?
A: The termination is caused by destroy of AVI file and disks. Please replace the bad file or disk with a good one.

4. I can not play video on the desktop but can play one the icon on the desktop. Why?
A: That is because you select the “display WEB on desktop” option which activates the ACTIVE DESKTOP. Therefore, the video is played on the icon on the desktop. What you should do is just cancel the option.

5. DVD player can not play DTS. Why?
A: Currently, Hero Super Player 3000 does not support DTD channel decoding.

6. Display card can not support double screen broadcast function. What's matter? A: If your display card can support the video transport to TV, then you can use this function to take other desktop activities while broadcast on TV.

7. Out of the date notebook can play movie at small window but can not play normally at full screen. Why?
A: That is because the display memory is limited (4M) and can not support enough hardware acceleration. You can select in the single display option and manually setup full screen 640*480*8 to save display memory and increase the play speed.

8. There is only sound but no image when broadcast movie files. Why?
A: Because you select hidden play. You should use hot key to activate it.

9. I can not drag the schedule bar while playing MPEG4 music. Why?
A: This is because there is problem with encoding design of MPEG4 audio file. You can not adjust the play schedule and time. This is the same with MIDI music.

10. There are pop ups about Hero Super Player from time to time. Any time when I open a window there will be a pop up about the Hero Super Player. This situation will not stop until the computer completely does not work. How to solve this problem?
A: That is because your computer has been infected with Happy Time virus. You can use the latest anti-virus software to solve this problem.

11. The mouse respond very slowly after the startup of Hero Super Player. Why?
A: Please close the firewall of your computer and other virus monitor software.

12. The sound of 4-channel sound card is very small or mute. Why?
A: You should choose four-channel speaker in the advanced property in sounds and multimedia on the control panel. And double click the volume button at the right corner at the bottom of the screen. And then adjust the volume control to choose the best audio effect.
